Terms and conditions
  • Allowed are cars (station wagons and lorries up to a payload of 1 ton) which are licensed for the use on public roads.
  • On all roads in the event area traffic rules and regulations apply.

  • Comply with the allowed speed limit.

  • Visible installation of the paid and valid entry permit for the event area on your vehicle (red or yellow permit) is necessary.

  • Keep proof of your accommodation location on you.

  • Camping or sleeping in the vehicle is forbidden and will be punished with loss of the entry permit.

  • The entry permit is not transferable.

  • The entry permit price is not refundable. (In case of non attendance, sickness and loss of driving licence or vehicle registration…)

  • Every imitation and falsification of the entry permit will be prosecuted. Court of jurisdiction is Klagenfurt.

  • In case of non compliance with the terms and conditions of the event, the entry permit can be withdrawn through deputies of the promoter, security personnel and the police.

  • In case of withdrawal of the entry permit the claim of reimbursement is not possible.

  • Video observation by police:
    Following paragraph 54, section 5 of the police security law, the security organisation will use video feed and personalized information of any of the attending persons in the event area to solve and ward off dangerous attacks as well as means of search.
  • The bringing in and sale of glass bottled beverages into the event area is prohibited. At the entry check point, baggage is subject to search by the authorities.

  • I acknowledge, that my personal data will be saved electronically and used for information purposes by the organizing committee.
